Architectural concept

A design of the project architectural concept requires the solutions of the following main problems:

to carry out an expertise of the building site, taking into account internal and external factors which affect rational arrangement of buildings and constructions
to develop all possible variants of location and modification of design solutions, depending on the topology of the selected land plot
to perform conceptual design with different variants, which aims at defining the structure and location of working zones
to develop design, space and planning solutions
to calculate the quantity of the necessary resources, equipment and staff
to develop the basic technology of the performance of the main operations
to determine qualitative and normative requirements for building
to determine requirements for the capacity, structure and equipment of the main facilities
to develop rational engineering and optimal solutions
to determine the main engineering and economic indexes

to determine the preliminary budget of the building project
