The List of the Main Data and Requirements

For each object there is an individual Project Statement that consists of:

  1. The name and place of the object
  2. Design basis
  3. A view on building
  4. Information about the investor
  5. Information about the Customer
  6. Information about the general engineer
  7. Information about the general contractor
  8. The design staging with the defined stages
  9. Engineering research
  10. Initial data about special building conditions (seismicity, floods on the territory, etc.)
  11. The main architectural engineering requirements and characteristics of the designed object
  12. Stages of design and construction
  13. Building efficiency of an object or its characteristics
  14. Requirements for planning of the yard
  15. Requirements for ground protection
  16. The main requirements according to the investment intentions
  17. Requirements for developing the section “Estimation of the effect on the environment”
  18. Requirement for energy conservation
  19. Information about import technologies
  20. Safety measures and workplace safety requirements
  21. Functional purpose of premises
  22. A list of designed constructions and premises within the complex
